Barbera D’Alba d.o.c.

Grape varieties: Barbera 100%

The sight is a living color purple, with intense and brilliant garnet edges; fresh and lively scent, with clear hints of blackcurrant. In the mouth, the acidity is balanced perfectly with good body structure

Immediately after the malolactic fermentation, which occurred in the month of December, the wine is transferred into wooden casks, where it stays for about 12 months. The bottling takes place in the second winter after the harvest.

Pleasant companion of the first well-structured dishes and main courses of meat.

Langhe d.o.c. Nebbiolo

Grape varieties: Nebbiolo 100%

Lively garnet red with a very characteristic nose of dried fruit and raspberries. Exceptional balance on the palate, round tannins and sensations already present on the nose. Wine of important body, perfect pairing for main courses of red or braised meats and game. Ideal with medium aged cheese.

After finishing the malolactic fermentation (in December), Nebbiolo goes into oak barrels of 30 hl for about 12 months. In the second winter after the harvest, it is bottled.

Good structure, this wine is well matched with both red and white meat dishes and pasta dishes with tasty sauces. And ‘ideal companion for medium-aged cheeses.

Barolo d.o.c.g.

Grape varieties: 100% Nebbiolo – Michet

Garnet red with ruby hues. Intense and clean scents of roses, vanilla, roasted hazelnuts, licorice, tobacco and cinnamon. Fruity scents of strawberries and mulberries. Full and elegant flavour with a good body recurring olfactory sensations. The perfectly blended hints of fruits and wood are extremely appealing. With its big structure this wine is a perfect match for main courses of red meats, braised dishes and game in general. Also ideal pairing with cheeses.

Immediately after the malolactic fermentation, which took place in December, the wine was put into oak barrels, partly new and partly already used for earlier harvests. Decanted once a year, after 24 months has been assembled in concrete tanks where, after a break of six months or so for a further natural stabilization before being bottled during the summer. Ages in the bottle a further six months before release.

A wine of great structure, well suited to red meats, braised dishes and game in general. And ‘ideal accompaniment for cheeses.

Nebbiolo d’Alba d.o.c.

ROSE’ BRUT SPARKLING WINE CLASSIC METHOD
Delicate notes of elderberry flowers, classic citrus scents and deligthful smells of fresh fields in the springtime. On the palate we find well balanced acidity and softness and good body. By definition a wine for festive occasions, it’s sapidity, lovely flavour and softness make the wine perfect for aperitif, a toast and fish based dishes.

The wine spends about 36 months on the lees, with remouage bottle, before disgorging, which took place in July.

The bubble is the party wine by definition. The flavor and the softness of this wine make it perfect for an aperitif, a toast and dishes based on fish.
